Billaroo – Privacy Policy
Billaroo ("the app") is an invoice and estimate maker for freelancers and small businesses, published by AIRIZ (PVT) LTD. This policy explains what happens to the information you enter. In short: we do not collect, store or share any of your data. Your invoices, clients and business details stay on your device.
Information we collect
None. The app has no user accounts, no sign-in, no servers, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no third-party data-collecting software. Nothing you type into Billaroo is sent to us or to anyone else. The app works fully offline.
Information stored on your device
To make invoices, the app saves the following in its private storage on your device only:
- Your business details: name, your name, email, phone, address, website, tax number, payment details, default notes and invoice settings.
- Your logo, if you add one.
- Your clients' details that you enter: name, company, email, phone, address and private notes.
- Your saved items, invoices and estimates, including their amounts, dates and status.
Android or iOS may include this in your own device backup if you have backups turned on. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.
Sharing invoices
When you tap Send PDF or Share PDF, the app creates a PDF on your device and opens your phone's share sheet. You choose where it goes (for example email, WhatsApp, Drive or a printer). That app then handles the file under its own privacy policy. Billaroo does not send anything by itself.
The Back up option works the same way: it creates a file with your data and opens the share sheet so you can save it where you like.
Photos and camera
If you add a logo, the app opens your device's photo picker or camera. Only the image you pick is copied into the app's private storage so it can be shown on your invoices. The app cannot see any other photos, and it never uploads the logo.
Your clients' information
You may enter details about your clients. That information stays on your device and is only shared when you choose to share an invoice. You are responsible for handling your clients' information in line with the law that applies to you.
Children
Billaroo is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children.
Permissions
The app needs no special permissions. The photo picker and camera are opened through the system, which asks you first where needed.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
