Octobit – Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 November 2026 · App ID: dev.airiz.octobit

Octobit ("the app") is a collection of eight retro arcade and puzzle games, published by AIRIZ (PVT) LTD. This policy explains what information is involved when you play. In short: we (AIRIZ) do not collect or store any personal information. Your scores and settings stay on your device. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google collects some device data to show them.

Information we collect

None. The app has no user accounts, no sign-in and no servers of ours. We do not run our own analytics.

Information stored on your device

Android or iOS may include this in your own device backup. You can clear scores in Settings → Reset scores. Uninstalling the app deletes everything.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

If you have not bought Octobit Pro, the app shows ads provided by Google AdMob: an optional video you can choose to watch for an extra life, and an occasional full-screen ad after a game ends. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects information such as your device's advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information. Google processes this as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Ads are limited to content suitable for a general and teen audience. Buying Octobit Pro turns ads off completely.

Purchases

Octobit Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details; the store only tells the app that Pro was bought.

Children

Octobit is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
