Billaroo is on Google Play

We've released Billaroo, an invoice app for freelancers and small businesses. You set up your business once, and after that an invoice takes about a minute: pick the client, add the work, send the PDF.

Why we built it

Most invoicing tools are built for companies with accounting teams. They want an account, a monthly fee and your client list on their servers. The free plans we tried stopped after a handful of invoices a month, showed ads, or both.

That's a lot to ask of one person who sends a few invoices a month. A designer, a photographer, a tutor or a developer needs a clean invoice with their logo on it, the right number and the right total, and a PDF they can send from their phone. That's what Billaroo does.

What it does

  • Your logo, business details and payment info, set up once
  • Automatic invoice numbers with your own prefix
  • Fixed-price lines for whole jobs, or quantity × rate for hourly work
  • Tax, discounts and part payments, with the totals worked out for you
  • A real PDF you can share by email or WhatsApp, save or print
  • Estimates that turn into invoices in one tap
  • Saved clients and items, so repeat work is quick to bill
  • A home screen that shows what you're owed and what's overdue

Free for good, and Pro is one payment

Everything above is free, with no limit on invoices, estimates or clients, and there are no ads.

If you want more, Billaroo Pro is a single in-app purchase, not a subscription. It adds three more invoice templates (Studio, Ledger and Bold), your own signature on every invoice and CSV export for your accountant, and it removes the small "Made with Billaroo" line from your PDFs.

Your data stays on your phone

Billaroo has no sign-up and no servers. Your invoices, clients and business details are saved on your device, and they only leave it when you share a PDF yourself. The details are in the privacy policy.
